Have you been thinking about booking a brand shoot but you’re not sure what to expect? Before you book with Nicole Determan Photography I need to know what you are looking for, what you hope to get out of the whole experience, and see if we are actually a good fit! I’ll break down my process below.
Clear Lake Brand Photographer
First you’ll go to the contact portion of my website. All inquiries need to come through this so they all go to one place. If you message me through Facebook or Instagram I’ll either refer you to this or get your email right away. I personally don’t like to go back in forth between different platforms and also DMs get last in the shuffle.
Once I get your inquiry I will send an email where you will setup a time to book a discovery call.

Once you’ve filled out the contact form I’ll send and email with some client galleries to look at and a link to book a discovery call. This is so important so I can get an idea of what you are looking for, you are able to ask all your questions, and I’ll give you the best collection options!

Finally once you have picked your collection and date I’ll send over a proposal/invoice. Once that has been signed a welcome email will hit your inbox on what to expect and the next steps to getting ready for your dream brand shoot!
Things to note:
Travel is welcome! I do travel to surrounding areas such as Des Moines, Rochester MN, and the Twin Cities so don’t let that hold you back from inquiring.
I am a full service boutique photography business. Meaning I don’t just show up and shoot. I do a whole lot of prep before hand to make sure the day of the shoot goes smoothly.
